Getting Results Now (Fast and Faster)

Everything takes time to get better at, try and give yourself the time to get better at training yourself,
and enjoy process of getting a healthy and sexy body.

Take a photo of yourself in a swimsuits and date it, this will get you a way to keep results easily.

For 7 days take a photo of everything you eat and review what you eat, Think about healthy foods you can eat. Like this everything take it slowly you can eat bad foods and be healthy, just eat more healthy foods than bad foods.

Try to drink more water and less pop, but lower how much you drink of pop slowly.

Set a goal easy goals like gain 1 pound of muscle in 90 days or loss 5 pounds of fat in 90 days,
something to target but not kill yourself over. Everytime you hit your goal set a new  one.

Changing how you do cardio try Fast and Faster (This is talk about in page ) or do walk one day and biking the next day, always change how you do cardio because you will get better results.

Try to training within the first 2 hours of when you wake up, because this will make a habit of training.

Use upbeat music to motivate you to training better and to keep you from getting bored.

Set a goal to beat yourself at lifting weight or doing more reps at a exercise.
